Team PAC GROUP LLC and Partners is seeking two (2) passionate, purposeful, and problem-solving individuals to serve as Project Managers for our Integrated Mission Environments team. This position will lead and oversee building and environment projects ranging from dining facilities and commissaries to workspaces. The primary focus of this role is managing cost, schedule, and performance for general construction and facility modernization projects.
This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfax, VA, with frequent domestic travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance for facility modernization and general construction projects.
- Work closely with the team’s Program Director.
- Ensure projects are executed on-time and on-budget.
- Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions.
- Coordinate with clients and government personnel such as DPW.
- Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contract terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as the in-house design team, subcontractors, and customers to ensure program alignment and success.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree or commensurate experience with at least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and drive profit and growth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in MS Project, Excel, and other advanced project management software (such as ProCore).
- Ability to accomplish big-picture objectives through a strong focus on detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior military experience.

- Projects delivered on-time, on-budget, and to customer expectations.
- Strong working relationships with the Program Director, in-house design team, subcontractors, and government personnel.
- Full compliance with PWS and contract terms across the project portfolio.
- Escalated issues resolved quickly, with minimal disruption to project delivery.
