Patrick Cardichon
Patrick Cardichon, Chief Executive Officer, founded PAC Group LLC in 2018. He brings more than 25 years of experience across operations, logistics, administration, business strategy, military manpower, human resources, executive search and recruiting, and commercial and investment banking. He also serves as an advisor on several boards, offering strategic guidance rooted in mission-focused leadership and business growth. A retired U.S. Marine, Patrick holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Bridgeport.

Yasmine earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, graduating summa cum laude.

After leaving the Marine Corps, he founded and scaled a contracting firm from four employees to a 255-person operation supporting the Pentagon, delivering mission-critical results for the Marine Corps Installations Command and Logistics Division. Following his retirement, he joined PAC Group LLC’s Advisory Board, bringing proven growth expertise, disciplined execution, and strategic guidance to help strengthen outcomes for our clients.
