Job Description
Team PAC Group LLC is seeking a Supervisory Physical Therapist to oversee physical therapy operations supporting active-duty personnel at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (62nd Airlift Wing). This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior clinician who can lead a team while delivering advanced care for complex neuromusculoskeletal injuries. The work is mainly preventive, done on-site during regular hours, and supports improvements in human performance and the integration of human systems.
Requirements
- Deliver advanced evaluations and evidence-based interventions for wounded and ill service members
- Provide technical oversight, performance coaching, and day-to-day guidance for PTAs and support staff
- Establish SOPs and clinical protocols to standardize practice across the contract site
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support Return to Duty timelines
- Coordinate care, as needed, with the VA and community providers
- Monitor clinical outcomes and maintain documentation consistent with The Joint Commission standards
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted state license to practice Physical Therapy required
- Washington State license preferred
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
- CPR certification required
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred/required by role scope
