Job Description

Team PAC Group LLC is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Specialist to support Integrated Operational Support efforts at JBLM. This role is designed for a performance-driven professional who can develop and execute scientifically grounded training programs that improve physical performance, reduce injury risk, and support Return to Duty objectives. The work is preventative, fully onsite, and connected to human performance optimization and human systems integration activities.


Requirements

  • Design and monitor individualized and group training programs focused on strength, speed, agility, and energy systems
  • Conduct movement screenings and ergonomic assessments to identify injury risks
  • Embed within squadron activities and provide real-time coaching on body mechanics
  • Coordinate with Physical Therapists to support rehabilitation and Return to Duty protocols
  • Lead seminars and workshops on safety, nutrition coordination, and performance optimization
  • Track performance outcomes using data collection and performance tracking tools

Qualifications

  • Current CSCS or SCCC certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • CPR certification required
  • Proficiency with data collection and performance tracking software required

Work Requirements
