Position Overview

Team PAC Group LLC is seeking an experienced, mission-focused Project Manager to support Financial and Acquisition Support Services for ICE’s Executive Programs Management Unit. The Project Manager will serve as the single point of contact for contractor work performed under the contract and will coordinate personnel across acquisition, financial, schedule, technical, dashboard, and program management task areas.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining integrated master plans and schedules, overseeing contract deliverables, managing risk, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring continuous, high-quality support to the EPMU Contract Acquisition Support Section and the Contracting Officer’s Representative.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the EPMU CAS Section and COR.
  • Oversee all contractor work performed under the contract and ensure compliance across task areas.
  • Establish and maintain master plans and schedules, including an Integrated Master Schedule tracking current and future contracts, milestones, and expected delivery dates.
  • Direct preparation and delivery of Monthly Status and Cost Reports, Monthly Contract Status Reports, and Weekly Contract Reports.
  • Develop and manage acquisition risk management plans and provide recommendations to address PALT schedule and cost variances.
  • Oversee the Quality Control Plan and support high-quality, compliant deliverables.
  • Lead development of acquisition and program management documentation, including expenditure plans, issue papers, white papers, and fiscal year budget requests.
  • Coordinate financial portfolio support, budget reporting, spend plan reviews, and analytical dashboards.
  • Manage staffing levels and coordinate with the COR when deviations or personnel changes are anticipated.
  • Support MS SharePoint acquisition and financial documentation repositories, including archive, recovery, and master documentation responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience performing program management support services.
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other database or project management tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of the federal acquisition process and the federal acquisition lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of federal program and project management.
  • FAC-P/PM certification or documented experience supporting major systems acquisitions.
  • Ability to interpret, apply, and create acquisition and program management procedures, rules, policies, regulations, and guides.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior federal personnel.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Contract management experience.
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager certification.
  • Experience supporting DHS, ICE, federal acquisition, or financial management programs.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and leadership skills.

Work Requirements

  • Ability to support core business hours and maintain high availability for program operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, schedules, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Ability to work professionally with federal personnel, contractor teams, and senior leadership.
