Position Overview:

Team PAC Group LLC is seeking a Junior Analyst / Developer to support analytics execution, training support, and sustainment activities for Army Vantage efforts. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to grow through hands-on experience in dashboard support, training preparation, data validation, documentation, and operational sustainment.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Candidates without an active clearance may perform unclassified preparatory work while their clearance is being processed.

Key Requirements:

  • Secret Security Clearance: active or eligibility to obtain and maintain
  • Ability to work in classified and unclassified environments, including NIPRNet systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with military, civilian, and contractor personnel
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person training and operational support
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and workflows quickly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support dashboard configuration, updates, and reuse
  • Assist with training materials, documentation, and job aids
  • Help prepare training datasets, environments, and example dashboards
  • Support in-person and virtual training events
  • Assist instructors with troubleshooting, student support, and logistics
  • Perform data validation and quality checks for dashboards and training materials
  • Capture feedback and support after-action review documentation
  • Support sustainment, reuse, and adoption of analytics products
  • Gradually assume limited instructional duties as technical proficiency grows

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or progress toward a degree, in a technical, analytical, or quantitative discipline
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, academic work, or lab-based projects
  • Foundational knowledge of Python or SQL
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to learn new platforms and mission workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to analytics platforms, dashboard development, or scripting tools
  • Coursework in statistics, data science, analytics, or operations research
  • Interest in operational analytics, training support, and decision support environments
  • Prior military or government exposure preferred, but not required
