Job Description

Team PAC Group LLC and Aagro Technologies are seeking experienced, self-driven Independent Sales Representatives to support business development and client acquisition for AI automation, business optimization, and AI Resources Optimization and Implementation services.

This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with a 100% commission-only compensation structure and uncapped earning potential. Representatives will identify, prospect, pitch, and close mid-market, enterprise, commercial, government, and nonprofit clients.

PAC GROUP LLC and Aagro Technologies provide sales materials, pricing guidance, demo support, technical pre-sales support, CRM access, and delivery team coordination. The representative is responsible for building and managing their own pipeline, developing client relationships, and closing new business.

 

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and source qualified business leads within assigned U.S. territory areas.
  • Identify potential clients in commercial, government, nonprofit, and enterprise markets.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, timelines, and decision-making processes.
  • Present AI automation, AI optimization, and business performance solutions in a professional and ROI-focused manner.
  • Coordinate technical demos and pre-sales support when needed.
  • Negotiate within approved pricing ranges and close new client engagements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, client notes, and sales updates in the company CRM.
  • Coordinate client handoffs to the delivery team after contract execution.
  • Serve as a commercial point of contact for upsell, expansion, and referral opportunities.
  • Represent Team PAC Group LLC and Aagro Technologies professionally in all calls, video meetings, emails, and client communications.
Qualifications
  • Prior B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling SaaS, professional services, consulting, staffing, government contracting, technology, automation, or AI-related services is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to prospect independently and manage a sales pipeline with limited supervision.
  • Comfortable operating in a remote, commission-only 1099 contractor role.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to consistently follow up with prospects and clients.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to complete IRS Form W-9 prior to first payment.
  • Must have reliable computer access, high-speed internet, a working headset or microphone, and a professional environment for client calls.
  • Must have no active non-compete or non-solicitation agreement that would interfere with this role.
Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary, draw, advance, employee benefit package, PTO, health insurance, or retirement contribution.

Commissions are paid when the company receives cleared client funds. One-time project commissions are paid within 14 days of cleared client payment. Monthly recurring revenue commissions are paid in the same monthly cycle in which client payment is received, within 14 days.

If a client misses payment for a billing period, no commission is owed for that period. Commission resumes when the client resumes payment.
