PAC GROUP LLC is seeking experienced, self-driven Recruiters / Staffing & Business Development Consultants to join our network as 1099 independent contractors. This role supports commercial, government, and nonprofit recruiting engagements on a 100% commission-only basis.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates
- Develop new client relationships and identify staffing opportunities
- Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Support full-cycle recruiting for contract and direct-hire roles
- Collaborate on workforce growth and staffing strategy initiatives
- Deliver high-quality talent aligned with the client’s business needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, and/or business development preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating as an independent contractor in a commission-only role
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Compensation
- 100% commission (uncapped)
