Position: Operations Research Analyst
Location: Suffolk, VA
Clearance: Top Secret Clearance Required

Our client is seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA) to support our team JT&E team. Salary Range: $115K-$140K!

Requirements:

  • Master\’s Degree in a technical field (math, science, engineering, computer programming, or technical-related field with Operations Research-related emphasis), if the Master\’s Degree in a non-technical field may be substituted with 10 years of test and evaluation experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of test and evaluation experience.
  • 10+ years of military or government civilian experience.
  • Experience in the development of test and evaluation plans.
  • Experience with the application of statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and human factors test and evaluation methods.
  • Military, Civilian, or Contractor trained and educated in Operational Research Systems Analysis (ORSA).

Experience:

  • Must have 10 years of experience in the development of test and evaluation.
  • Must have experience with the application of statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and human factors test and evaluation methods.
  • Must have 5 years of conducting test design, execution, and evaluation in the DoD operational testing and evaluation environment.
  • Must have experience with providing parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods.
  • Must have experience developing both quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies appropriate for use in operational testing and evaluation of JT&E projects.
  • Must have experience providing direction for process modeling, issue identification, and measure determination.
  • Must have experience providing problem decomposition, concept development, test design, and data analysis methods; translates testing requirements; and makes recommendations for appropriate test venues.
  • Must have experience developing dendritic decomposition and determination of operational measures of effectiveness.
  • Must have experience providing technical risk assessment identifying test limitations and assisting in developing risk mitigation strategies for planning joint tests and evaluations.

Education:
