Position Overview
PAC Group LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Senior) to support the NAVSEA SEA 05 Professional Support Services mission. This position serves as the lead for contract performance and oversees a multidisciplinary team delivering portfolio management, financial, IT, and administrative support services.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep experience managing complex federal or DoD programs, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall contract operations and performance
- Manage a multidisciplinary team supporting PMO, financial, IT, and administrative functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders
- Oversee staffing, quality control, deliverables, and reporting
- Monitor contract cost, labor usage, and performance requirements
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with security, operational, and contractual requirements
- Support transition planning, workforce continuity, and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership experience managing teams, operations, and client relationships in a federal environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 20+ years of DoD management experience
- Background in programmatic, administrative, financial, and IT support services
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- PMP and/or DAWIA Level III Program Management Certification
