Base Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000

Commission: 8%–10% (uncapped — the sky’s the limit)

Overview

Team PAC Group/BIG Hire is seeking a driven and charismatic Insulation Sales Consultant to join a growing team. This is not a desk job; it’s a high-activity, relationship-focused role for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction and has a deep understanding of how homes are built.

Our ideal candidate brings credible construction experience (insulation experience is a bonus), has a passion for the hustle of sales, and is excited to earn based on performance. You’ll receive dedicated training in the company’s proven sales model, your job is to execute it with consistency, energy, and ownership.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct 2–5 in-home consultations daily, assessing insulation needs and recommending solutions with confidence and clarity.

Execute the company’s proven sales system, including follow-ups, estimates, and client communication.

Generate new business through networking, cold outreach, and partnerships with adjacent trades (HVAC, remodeling, solar, roofing, pest control, etc.).

Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and structured follow-up processes.

Develop referral channels and actively pursue local opportunities for partnerships and community engagement.

Provide technical sales demonstrations to educate customers on insulation products and services.

Prepare proposals, close deals, and consistently hit revenue targets with a commission-driven mindset.

Partner with operations to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction—clear, complete, documented work orders are critical to successful outcomes.


Qualifications

Hands-on construction experience or building science knowledge is required; understanding how homes are built is essential.

Insulation experience is a plus, but not required, with strong construction knowledge and fast learning ability.

Energetic, organized, and reliable with consistent follow-up habits.

Willing to learn and apply a proven sales process; open to coaching and committed to continuous improvement.

Highly proactive and self-motivated, creating leads, not just working them.

Comfortable with performance-based compensation and motivated to exceed goals.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals.

Proficient in using CRM platforms and mobile tools to track appointments, communication, and opportunities.
