PAC Group LLC is seeking a Data Analyst Instructor to join a cutting-edge initiative supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in Germany. This role delivers critical engineering and technical support services, with a strong focus on enabling mission success through data literacy, analytics training, and the effective use of data-driven tools and visualizations.
Position: Data Analyst Instructor (Engineer I)
Location: Kaiserslautern, Germany

Responsibilities:

Deliver staff training on analytics tools in support of the organization’s data literacy program.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Data Literacy training program.

Train staff and other personnel on the fundamentals of data literacy, including how to apply data concepts to understand processes, operational status, and performance.

Partner with internal teams to understand the organization’s configured tools and dashboards; translate technical functionality into clear, user-focused instruction.

Create visualizations that succinctly communicate complex relationships and insights to varied audiences.

Leverage multimedia experience (including videography) to design and produce training materials for intended audiences.

Create and edit multimedia content, including video, audio, and presentation materials.

Train personnel on the use of internally configured tools and data visualizations to support adoption and proficiency.

Conduct scenario development and exercise planning designed to reduce risk and improve readiness.

Develop scenarios focused on risk reduction and readiness improvement, including:

Emergency preparedness

Disaster risk

Create and analyze plausible hypothetical situations to:

Requirements:

Eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience
-
Major IT Certification and seven (7) years of recent specialized experience

Associate’s degree (computer science, information management, or related discipline) and seven (7) years of recent specialized experience

Bachelor’s degree (computer science, information management, or related discipline) and three (3) years of recent specialized experience.
