Data Analyst Instructor

PAC Group LLC is seeking a Data Analyst Instructor to join a cutting-edge initiative supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in Germany. This role delivers critical engineering and technical support services, with a strong focus on enabling mission success through data literacy, analytics training, and the effective use of data-driven tools and visualizations.

 

Position: Data Analyst Instructor (Engineer I)
Location: Kaiserslautern, Germany
Clearance: Secret

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver staff training on analytics tools in support of the organization’s data literacy program.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Data Literacy training program.

  • Train staff and other personnel on the fundamentals of data literacy, including how to apply data concepts to understand processes, operational status, and performance.

  • Partner with internal teams to understand the organization’s configured tools and dashboards; translate technical functionality into clear, user-focused instruction.

  • Create visualizations that succinctly communicate complex relationships and insights to varied audiences.

  • Leverage multimedia experience (including videography) to design and produce training materials for intended audiences.

  • Create and edit multimedia content, including video, audio, and presentation materials.

  • Train personnel on the use of internally configured tools and data visualizations to support adoption and proficiency.

  • Conduct scenario development and exercise planning designed to reduce risk and improve readiness.

  • Develop scenarios focused on risk reduction and readiness improvement, including:

    • Emergency preparedness

    • Disaster risk

  • Create and analyze plausible hypothetical situations to:

    • Improve understanding of potential impacts

    • Develop and validate effective response options

Requirements:

  • Eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience

  • Major IT Certification and seven (7) years of recent specialized experience

  • Associate’s degree (computer science, information management, or related discipline) and seven (7) years of recent specialized experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (computer science, information management, or related discipline) and three (3) years of recent specialized experience.

Certification Requirement

  • IA Technical Level II certification or higher, such as:

    • CCNA-Security

    • CompTIA CySA+

    • Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)

    • GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)

    • CompTIA Security+ CE

    • EC-Council Certified Network Defense (CND)

    • (ISC)² Certified System Security Practitioner (SSCP)
