Program Manager

Requirements:

• Secret Clearance
• Must have the ability to analyze and prepare documentation and possess the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Be able to obtain, analyze, and evaluate complex textual and/or quantitative information to make comparisons among alternatives or to make recommendations for corrections or improvements in processes, operations, or policies.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract activities.
• Interface with customer management including the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Must have knowledge of DoD Directives.
• Must have ability to the analyze prepare documentation, and possess the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Must have Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) system experience.
• Must have budget and financial knowledge and circular A-123 (OMB A-123) experience. 
• Military Sealift Command experience is perferred. 
• Must have experience with financial accounting and asset management. 
• Financial reporting.
•  Must be able to apply thorough technical and business knowledge of the Navy ERP System in performing operations in order for the system to meet the ongoing Navy business operations requirements.
• Must understand the following government systems: NERP, Navy Data Platform (NDP)
• Advana/Juniter
• DDRS
• Hyperion
• Configurations Management and Logistics System (CMLS)
• Human Resources Management System (HRMS)

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least five (5) years of professional experience as a Program Manager.
• At least seven (7) years of professional experience as a Program Manager may be substituted for degree stated above.
